  • With a good fire started, the sauna usually heats up within 15–30 minutes, depending on weather and desired temperature.

  • Yes — we handle delivery, leveling, setup, firewood, and your initial walkthrough so you feel confident using the sauna.

  • Yes — one large tote of firewood is included with every rental.
    Additional bins are available for $18 each.

    • More than 48 hours notice → Full refund

    • Less than 48 hours → 50% fee

    • Same-day → No refund (unless severe weather or safety concerns)
